Mr. Emert has managed both small and large-scale development projects as both an architect and as an Owner's Representative for private developers. He has overseen a variety projects including commercial and retail custom renovations, mixed-use urban development, renovation of historic structures for adaptive reuse, multi-family and public housing, and distinguished single family homes.
