Robert G. Emert Architect, Inc. specializes in custom residential, multi-family developments, and commercial work. Projects range in size and cover all aspects of architectural design including, small projects, major renovations, seamless additions and new custom homes. My experience includes all aspects of architecture with a primary focus on high quality residential work and small commercial projects. Founded in 1995 and with over 30 years of national experience in the Architecture and Real Estate Development Industry I have managed both small and large-scale development projects as both an architect and as an Owner's Representative for private developers. These projects include distinguished new homes, single family home additions, commercial and retail renovations, mixed-use urban developments, renovation of historic structures for adaptive reuse, and multi-family and public housing. We encourage sustainable "green" practices to create comfortable and energy efficient architecture. Our goal is to work closely with our clients to develop a project we can all be proud of.
